Hi, we’re the Foleys — proud owners of Kansas City Ice Cream Company. We started KCIC back in 1989. What began as a small family operation has grown into a trusted, long‑standing ice cream distributor serving the greater Kansas City area, as well as St. Joseph, Missouri, and northeast Kansas. 

Our first supplier was Merritt Foods, and for the past 30 years we’ve proudly partnered exclusively with Wells Blue Bunny. Through every season and every shift in the industry, our commitment has stayed the same: deliver great ice cream products and take care of the people we serve.

Over the years, we’ve delivered ice cream just about every way imaginable — vans, mail trucks, pickups, rolling carts, concession trailers, and coolers. Whatever it takes to meet our customers’ needs, we’ve done it. That flexibility and dedication are a big part of who we are.

KCIC has been one of the most rewarding parts of our lives. It’s given us the chance to show up for our community, treat families across the city, and build relationships that have lasted decades.

We’re excited to keep doing what we love — serving Kansas City with the same energy, care, and joy that started this journey all those years ago.​​
